The SUNMAT RD team, also known as the SUNMAT RD LAB team, works to combine correct product selection, application compatibility, and quality continuity at the same standard for the material groups required by printing and packaging production lines. Our dispensing infrastructure ensures controlled production and batch consistency in water-based systems; we validate formulations with data from the field. In the product development processes for our Jollygraf brand, we proceed through performance tests and application scenarios to produce solutions that do not disrupt the rhythm of production.
With 2 water-based Flexo Dispensing systems commissioned at the facilities of our solution partners in Istanbul and Konya, controlled dosage, batch consistency, and application standards are ensured in water-based ink production processes. This infrastructure maintains the same production parameters, strengthening supply continuity and field application compatibility.
Additionally, through this, we regularly maintain the sales of our products via printing houses and dealers, who are end-users both domestically and internationally.
